So what's the deal?.....

	You add the RXinsider.com banner (provided to you) in a conspicuous location on your significant web-pages.
	You then earn extremely generous commissions on all online sales generated by " referred" customers who click through that banner.
	First Level commissions range from $20.00 for a simple logo inclusion to $1,400.00 for an annual Pharmacy Recruitment Marketing Program.
	There is no limit or "cap"  on the revenue you can generate. For example, if over the course of a year, twenty pharmacist recruiting agencies click through you banner and each average one help-wanted posting per week, your commissions would exceed $114,000. If they continued the use of our service, over a three year period, your commissions would exceed $342,000.00. If you referred and additional 20 hospitals who purchased our annual corporate package, you would earn $22,000 in additional commissions.
	All the customer needs to do is click through your RXinsider banner ad once, and you earn full commissions on all future online purchases for up to 3 years... even if the customer never visits your website again.
	If your website refers a new RXinsider affiliate, you receive a "second level" commission on every sale that affiliate generates.
	If a customer clicks through the RXinsider banners of multiple affiliates,  the first affiliate earns the commissions. Don't procrastinate on becoming an RXinsider Affiliate.... the long term commissions missed out on will be substantial.
	You will also generate advertising and marketing leads of your own. The contact information of every referred customer is stored in your Affiliate admin database.
	You will be provided with an Affiliate admin page (password protected) to track commissions and access your referred customer database (customers you have referred).
	You will receive an email every time a sale is made and a commission is earned from one of your referred customers.
	You will receive a commission check once a month payable on the 1st.

How it Works:
When a prospect clicks on an Affiliate's Referral URL hyperlink (RXinsider.com banner), our system places a cookie on the prospect's computer that will remain for up to three years. When the customer makes an online purchase from RXinsider.com via our online shopping cart, the system reads for an Affiliate's cookie. When it finds one, the customer's order is marked as having been referred by that Affiliate, and the Affiliate's record is credited with the commission amount specified for that specific product.

First Level Commission: is the commission rate RXinsider Affiliates are paid for referring a customer to RXinsider through their Affiliate link. These commissions vary by product (see table below).

Second Level Commission: is the residual rate paid an Affiliate when another Affiliate whom they referred makes a paid referral. For example, Bob signs up as an Affiliate with RXinsider. Bob then refers Michiko to RXinsider, and she makes a purchase. Bob gets the first level commission on this sale. Later, Bob refers Carol to RXinsider, and she also signs up to become an Affiliate. Carol then refers another customer to RXinsider; Carol would get the first level commission, and Bob would get the second level commission. RXinsider automatically keeps track of who gets a first-level commission and a second-level commission for every purchase automatically. Second Level commissions also vary by product (see table below).
