Group purchases are welcome, but one person (the individual whose number appears on the bid sheet or the individual who raises his or her bid number) will be responsible for bidding and payment. All Sales are Final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted except where specified. Everything is sold “as is.” Any description of any item is for the sole purpose of identifying the item, and the seller disclaims any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the item. Unless otherwise specified, all trips must be booked by December 31, 2014, and gift certificates must be used by May 18, 2015. Payment in full is required at the end of the evening. Payment may be made payable to IACP Foundation by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. To help our cause, please pick up your items at the end of the evening, otherwise shipping is at your own expense. Small boxes and labels are available in the business center on the first floor of the Crystal Gateway Marriott. They will be picked up by the shipping department and charged to your Fed Ex account, credit card or COD. Live Auction To enter a bid, a bidder raises his/her bid number, directing the signal to the auctioneer. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer will have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. Each successful bid will be recorded by a runner to be paid at the winning bidder’s table or it can be paid at the end of the evening. Treasure Boxes 5 Chances to Win!
