Washington, D.C., on June 24, 2012, when more than 220 compounders from across the country gathered at Casablanca – a Night in Morocco, the 8th Annual Rx Mixer, to support the IACP Foundation’s mission of quality, integrity and advancement of pharmacy compounding for the benefit of patients! IACP Foundation President Shara Rudner, RPh, FIACP, welcomed guests to this year’s event, emphasizing that Rx Mixer was a Party with a Purpose and one of the primary ways to ensure the future of pharmacy compounding. IACP’s continued support of key federal candidates allows us to continue the dialogue we started long ago about the value and necessity of providing safe and necessary compounded medications for all of our patients.Thanks for helping to support pharmacy compounding’s only political action committee! Rx Mixer 2012 brought in more than $171,000 in gross revenues – besting the evening’s $150,000 objective and last year’s results by more than $30,000!
