Policies and Ordering Info

Very Important: This map represents estimated delivery times excluding weekends & holidays. Please add 2 to 3 business days for order preparation and processing. If you need your order by a specific date, please inform us of this date so we can act accordingly. To avoid the inconvenience shipping delays may cause, please place your order early.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are shipped F.O.B. the Northeast Import, Rhode Island facility by U.P.S. Ground Service. Freight charges are based on package weight and destination with all online purchases being a flat 10% charge.

RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. Claims for defective merchandise and/or shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. All orders refused or returned undeliverable will be billed a $15.00 restocking fee plus full freight charges.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original cartons must be held for UPS inspection. We will be happy to assist you with any claims that may arise.
