The IACP Pharmacy Staffing Center was developed to help IACP Member Pharmacies in
need of temporary
pharmacist and pharmacist technician coverage to quickly and efficiently connect with the leading
pharmacy staffing agencies. Interested in attending an IACP educational event but don't have the
coverage? With this new IACP Member benefit, you can conveniently connect with staffing agencies
to obtain the assistance you need.
Temporary staffing services can...
- Cover sick calls, vacations & LOA’s
- Provide coverage during seminar & training
attendance by pharmacy staff
- Provide coverage during trade show / meeting
attendance by pharmacy staff
What to expect...
- The staffing agencies you select below should contact you within the business
day.
- They will explain their process and how they can help.
- Don’t be
sticker shocked. Expect hourly rates of 1.5X
the local rate. Staffing agencies must pay for travel, benefits, insurance,
pay their support staff… and still make a margin.
- Many of these agencies
offer additional services including:
- Long-Term and PRN Staffing Services
- Temp-to-Hire Opportunities
