• Interviews

• Determine Credentials, Verify work history, references, work availability, compensation expectations, etc.
• Personality Assessment
• Proficiency assessments (typing, data entry accuracy, adjudication, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Drug Testing
• Background Check
• Initial Long Term Care training (if needed)
• Verification of State Licensure (if needed)
