The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania by a recent and final decision settles the questions in dispute in favor of F. Hoyt & Co. Philadelphia, Pa., and against Freeman B. Shedd, trading as E. W. Hoyt & Co., Lowell, Mass. We have made no claims since the commencement of this of the controversy that have not been substantiated in every respect.
