Mr. Strickland will report directly to Debbie Sheppard, Ateb’s Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
Recognizing the growing importance of the community pharmacy, Ateb develops and provides pharmacy the tools and processes to become a vital resource in delivering affordable patient care and effective chronic care management. Mr. Strickland will develop tactical business strategies to support the independent sales channels, drive revenue growth and enhance the efficiency of pharmacy workflow and operations. Furthermore, Mr. Strickland oversees the Partner Coaching and Consulting Team which provides training that enables Ateb’s pharmacy partners to deploy the solutions successfully, as well as ongoing support after implementation.
Utilizing Ateb’s solutions, its pharmacy partners achieve a higher level of success through business optimization by; identifying new revenue streams, increasing prescription counts, and improving patient medication adherence.

Executive Biography:
With over 15 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, with the last three years focused in specialty pharmacy, Mr. Strickland directs Ateb’s independent pharmacy sales efforts. Prior to joining Ateb, Mr. Strickland served as Managing Director of Fred’s Specialty Pharmacy Division and Senior Vice President of Pharmacy at Fred’s, a southeast regional pharmacy chain with 375 retail locations and 3 specialty pharmacies. He started his career at Fred’s as the Vice President of Pharmacy Development where his team was responsible for all managed care contracting, pharmacy marketing, vendor relations, clinical services, and medication purchasing and distribution.
He also held various positions over the course of seven years, at Walmart and Sam’s Club, serving formerly as Director of Pharmacy Operations for Georgia and Alabama.
Mr. Strickland received his Pharm.D. from the University of Georgia.
