Ateb and Improved Patient Outcomes (IPO) Announce A Partnership To Deliver Pharmacy-Enabled Population Health Management Solutions

The combination of IPO’s outcomes based technology with Duke University’s evidence-based behavioral content complements Ateb’s Appointment-Based Model (ABM) which allows pharmacies to actively engage patients to help them better manage their medications appropriately to improve their health outcomes. This collaboration leverages Ateb’s pharmacy network and data integration technology with IPO’s behavioral solution across 90 disease states.

By integrating IPO’s proven behavioral content into Ateb’s online Patient Management Access Portal (PMAP), Ateb’s pharmacy partners can identify high-risk patients and use predictive indicators to take the appropriate steps to help them understand their chronic disease states and lower their risk factors.
