Punch Cards
MTS punch cards are available in numerous standard versions, which can be customized for larger orders. Our range of cards includes heat seal, pressure sensitive, unit dose and SelectSeal™ cards. All raw materials used in these products are thoroughly tested and meet regulatory requirements for contact with drugs. Customized cards can include special instructions, languages, graphics or any other features the customer requires.

Labels, Ribbons & Printers
MTS has two separate production facilities supplying high quality labels with consistent on-time delivery. Customized label designs can be produced through the in-house graphics department. MTS also provides thermal printers and thermal transfer ribbons.

Printing Solutions
The MTS Labeling Software solution supports multiple styles of packaging used in the long-term care pharmacy. The software can support multiple printers for different labeling requirements, utilizing an extensive medication database to produce high quality bar code scannable labels.

Packaging Equipment – Pre-pack Automation
MTS offers a complete line of packaging equipment from automated sealers to semi-automated fillers and sealers. The Gemini™, Autobond® and Autogen™ are automated sealers that provide consistent quality sealing with controlled temperature and time. The MTS-350™, MTS-400™ and MTS-500™ automate the pre-packaging process of oral solid medications with filling and sealing capabilities combined in one machine. Conveyors, applicators and printers can also be integrated with the pre-pack automation to optimize productivity and further reduce costs associated with packaging.
