The purpose of our healthcare education program is to:

How do Ethics Play a Role in Healthcare?
Medical personnel, especially doctors and nurses, must meet stringent education requirements in order to be admitted to the profession. Once they have achieved this goal, they must continue to maintain and update their education as required by law. This includes continuing ethics education as well.
Medical personnel operate by several basic ethical principles. Respect for the individual patient in all aspects of medical care, including research, ranks high as one of the principles. Beneficence, or promoting the welfare and best interests of the patient, is also an integral value of ethics. The types of patients seen and the recommendations made to them, also called distributive justice, is about informing patients of their rights.
