PharmoPack® is an automated barcode packaging and labeling system that is technologically advanced with unique and patented features. PharmoPack is simple to use, compact enough to fit in any sized pharmacy, and can provide multi-dose or unit-dose packaging safely and accurately. PharmoPack can interface to all Pharmacy Information Systems, ADC vendor systems, and Supplier Wholesale Systems. PharmoPack includes 5 patents and 14 patents pending and is available in a variety of sizes to meet your unique pharmacy needs. Specific features of PharmoPack are listed below:

Compact Size
PharmoPack is compact in size to fit through all standard doorways. It's patented design provides more packaging capacity in a smaller footprint.

FSP - Free Shape Packaging?
PharmoPack includes a unique Free Shape Packaging System which packages on demand and in sequence and requires no touching or counting of medications during the preparation. The FSP system even recognizes half tablets and includes an on-demand medication counting system. Inventory units not packaged are accurately returned to inventory.

FSP Printer
To maintain accuracy and safety, the FSP printer produces a print receipt to verify the correct medication has been placed in the correct FSP drawer.

MDU - Manual Device Unit
PharmoPack allows you to create trays of medications that require special handling to be packaged. The FSP and MDU can operate simultaneously with canister medications to increase the capacity and variety of medications packaged with PharmoPack.

Modular Design
PharmoPack is easy to use and maintain. The patented modular design enables you to reach every area of the machine for easy medication replenishment and daily cleaning. PharmoPack is a low maintenance solution for high speed medications packaging.

FND and Smart Chip Technology
The FND (Flexible Numeric Display) can show the number of each PharmoPack canister and confirm it's correct position within the machine by reading the Smart Chip on each canister. This allows PharmoPack canisters to be easily identified regardless of their position within the machine.

Equipment Control - Touch Screen
PharmoPack uses a small touch screen on the machine for convenience and safety. The display indicates all processes that are occurring and alerts technicians when medications need to be replenished and when packaging paper and printing ribbon needs to be replaced.

Packaging and Printing
PharmoPack prints all information that is available in the order data fields onto each packet along with your choice of barcode format - linear, data matrix and RSS. Packaging is done quickly at a speed of up to 70 doses per minute.

 Integra, Inc.
Booth #9708
Integra, Inc.

The long term care pharmacy market operates in a regulated industry where profit margins are tight and customer service expectations are growing. Increasing profitability and customer service without an increase in staff size is a difficult task.

Many pharmacies still utilize paper-based processes for their day-to-day operations increasing processing time, employee work load and profitability. Integra customers have found that DocuTrack and DeliveryTrack not only improve efficiency while processing documents but also streamline workflow.

DocuTrack

As pharmacies are increasingly inundated with paper, a pharmacy document management system can greatly aid in the reduction of processing, filing and retrieval time. Handling all this paper costs time and money, plus it interferes with effectively servicing customers. A complete pharmacy workflow and document management solution is vital in retaining a competitive edge in today's cluttered marketplace.

With DocuTrack your pharmacy can:

  • Reduce costs through the elimination of paper and paper-based processes while streamlining or centralizing your pharmacy operations.
  • Increase productivity with instant access to all orders and the elimination or reassignment of paper related tasks while processing more orders per FTE and re-tasking staff to more important jobs.
  • Improve customer service with no more lost faxes, fewer and shorter telephone calls and the ability to provide immediate responses to inquiries.
  • Minimize errors with instant access to all orders, complete document history with one click and an intuitive workflow created specifically for your pharmacy.

DeliveryTrack

An innovative delivery solution specifically tailored to pharmacies managing their own delivery. With DeliveryTrack you can gain full control of your delivery process through:

  • Electronic signature capture
  • Real-time proof of delivery
  • Full integration with DocuTrack
  • Barcode scanning of delivery manifests
  • Cell phone connectivity
  • GPS positioning of driver locations
  • Route optimization
  • Real-time synchronization of data back to the pharmacy

No more lost delivery manifests. No more hassles with proof of delivery—just a simple-to-use, cost-effective solution that will streamline your operations and provide the features most critical to self managed delivery services.

DeliveryTrack provides electronic signature capture for enhanced compliance and electronic tracking of returns for improved audit reports. Pharmacy delivery costs are significantly reduced through optimized routing, reducing excess fuel expenses and overtime pay, while tote scanning eliminates re-delivery issues.
