Voice Tech
VOICE-TECH OFFERS A MODULAR APPROACH TO BRING YOU JUST WHAT YOU NEED
Voice-Tech, an industry leader and innovator in providing Essential Communication Solutions for pharmacies is announcing a new, more flexible offering of its products. This modular approach gives pharmacies a broader choice of inbound and outbound patient communication options. For over twelve years, Voice-Tech has been committed to the pharmacy market place and continues to offer new solutions that give patients a multitude of convenient methods by which to order their prescription refills, including automated Telephone Refills/IVR, Internet on-line and kiosks, all of which can be purchased as separate modules or in combination. And by adding Voice-Tech’s compliance call module to drive up medication compliance and drive further business, pharmacies across the country continue to rely on Voice-Tech to keep their business thriving.
The cornerstone of Voice-Tech’s communication solutions has been Telephone Refills/IVR (interactive voice response). The telephone refill function lets callers submit prescription refill orders that ultimately post directly to the work queue of the pharmacy system, without the direct involvement of the staff, and allows your pharmacy to be open for business 24/7. This module can be configured in several ways: a refill hotline only, answer only after 3 or 4 rings, or as most commonly installed, answer all the pharmacy lines to give maximum benefit and typically provides a Return On Investment of six months or less!
Day or night, the Doctor Fax Authorization module automatically works every time a patient enters a refill that requires authorization, no matter which Voice-Tech solution was used to input the request.
Rx-Pickup gives the pharmacy greater control of the prescriptions in their will-call bins. Rx-Pickup activates automated outbound reminder calls to patients to inform them that their prescription refill order has been filled and is ready for pickup.
Internet Refill Solution allows a patient to request prescription refills via the pharmacy’s web site. Through direct communication with the pharmacy system software, the application confirms and notifies the patient whether or not refills are available and schedules a pickup time. The request is then posted to the pharmacy system work queue.
Quick-Link™ is a fast and easy way for every member of your staff, whether technician or cashier, to enter a refill request.
Refill Assistant™ is a self-service touch-screen that can be placed on the counter or as a kiosk that gives patients the ability to place refill requests from any location that is connected to the pharmacy network-taking only seconds to place the order, without involving the pharmacy staff. With Refill Assistant, patients can avoid the need to stand in long waiting lines.
Auto Attendant/Voice Mail Feature – gives callers a menu of choices and allows for transfers within a pharmacy as well as the ability to leave voice mail messages by doctors or patients.
Custom Order Module - for expanded shipping choices and/or confirming credit card information.
Outbound Call Module - This software allows for multiple new outbound call applications. First of these is compliance calls which allows for proactive reminder calls when a prescription is due to be refilled.
Long Term Care Module – Allows for streamline orders in low to medium volume long term care facilities.
