  • Early warning
    • Direct, left side monitoring providing early warning of hemodynamic changes
  • Immediate response to interventions
    • Enables prompt interpretation and evaluation of the effect of therapeutic interventions
  • Less invasive monitoring
    • Uses existing arterial and peripheral/central venous access
  • Easy to use, low cost per use
    • Optimizes the use of valuable resources
  • Monitor preload responsiveness
    • Identifies cardiovascular insufficient patients and provides a rapid and continuous monitoring of fluid resuscitation using stroke volume variation and pulse pressure variation parameters
  • Choice of information display modes
    • Trend, Bar-chart and Graph Screen, select to suit your monitoring needs
  • Lithium indicator dilution for Absolute Cardiac Output and BP Waveform Calibration using peripheral venous access
    • Calibration via proven, innovative and safe indicator dilution. Typically takes less than a minute

User Interface

One of the principle criticisms leveled at current monitoring modalities is their limitations in terms of facilitation of data interpretation. LiDCO attempts to address this by using modern computing power and software to present this data in a novel and interpretable format.
