The RXinsider Pharmacy Impact Scholarship Program (“Program”) awards ten (10) scholarships of $1,000 each on a monthly basis to eligible pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy students in recognition of demonstrated Leadership Excellence or Financial Advancement within the pharmacy profession. By submitting a nomination, nominators and nominees agree to these Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible, nominees must be at least 18 years of age, reside in the United States, and be either a licensed pharmacist in good standing, a certified pharmacy technician in good standing, or a pharmacy student currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. pharmacy program. All information submitted must be accurate and complete. Employees of RXinsider, members of the selection committee, and their immediate family members are not eligible. RXinsider reserves the right to verify professional standing, enrollment status, and all submitted information.

Each nomination must include complete nominee and nominator information and a written submission of at least 500 words explaining why the nominee deserves the scholarship based on demonstrated leadership impact or meaningful financial advancement. Incomplete or misleading submissions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of RXinsider.

Nominations are accepted on a rolling monthly basis and must be submitted by 11:59 PM (ET) on the final calendar day of each month to be considered for that award cycle. Late submissions will roll into the following month.

Recipients are selected by a review committee appointed by RXinsider. Selections are based on demonstrated impact within pharmacy practice, strength and clarity of the nomination, evidence of leadership or financial advancement, and overall alignment with advancing pharmacy care. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Each selected recipient will receive $1,000. Prior to disbursement, recipients must complete required documentation, which may include tax forms and verification of licensure or enrollment. Failure to provide required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the award. Scholarship funds are unrestricted unless otherwise specified. Recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

By accepting the award, recipients grant RXinsider permission to publish their name, professional title, organization, and a summary of their nomination, and to use submitted materials, photographs, and testimonials for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Personal information collected through the nomination process will be used for program administration, recipient communication, and optional marketing communications. Information will not be sold and will only be shared as necessary to administer the Program.

RXinsider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time; adjust award quantities or criteria; and disqualify any submission that is fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Program.

By participating, nominators and nominees release RXinsider from any liability arising from participation in the Program, acceptance or use of scholarship funds, or technical and administrative issues. Submission of a nomination constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
