Big Changes, Big Savings in 2013! In 2013, the meeting will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. Located only two miles from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), the Crystal Gateway Marriott offers immediate lobby access to Washington D.C.’s world-famous Metro system and a quick ride to all the museums, sights, restaurants, and even the Capital. Selecting a new hotel is part of a strategic plan to bring attendees and exhibitors much needed meeting space, a larger exhibit hall allowing for prime booth traffic, discounted parking to encourage local compounders’ participation, and a considerably lower rate for hotel rooms. Exhibit Opportunities The IACP Exhibition Hall is held in conjunction with Compounders on Capitol Hill. This exhibition provides vendors an opportunity to network with pharmacists and promote your business among the decision makers in pharmacy compounding. Once again, the Exhibition Hall is located right next to the General Session room and is the location for attendee breakfast and lunch on two days of the conference. The Exhibition Hall is also conveniently located directly across from the registration area where all attendees must check-in. All traffic to and from the General Session meeting room will travel in front of the Exhibition Hall. Over the course of two days, vendors will have six hours dedicated solely to exhibition time. In addition, vendors are invited to participate in all educational sessions, social events, and appointments on Capitol Hill. We know you will agree that with 300 attendees and approximately 40 exhibitors, this is an intimate gathering perfect for face-to-face business opportunities. Why should you exhibit?
