Bailey Eason, PharmD, MS, BCPS is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist and graduate of Purdue University College of Pharmacy. She serves as Director of Drug Diversion Prevention and Detection at one of the nation’s largest health systems, where she leads efforts to safeguard patients and ensure medication integrity. Her leadership is grounded in prior roles as an operating room pharmacy manager and pharmacy manager of clinical operations. Throughout her career, Dr. Eason has delivered clinical pharmacy services to both pediatric and adult populations across diverse specialties. Her expertise spans clinical practice, operational leadership, controlled substance compliance, drug diversion and program development to advance safe and effective medication use.
