At C2 Keep, we’re always looking for ways to make controlled substance compliance easier, more efficient, and more reliable.

Many of our best ideas come directly from user feedback, and thanks to them, we’re excited to share a preview of several new features coming soon to C2 Keep.

Here’s a quick look at what’s on the way:

• Business Hours: Users will be able to enter their business hours and time zone, allowing C2 Keep to better monitor integration activity and support automated audit cadence scheduling.
• Audit Cadence Scheduling: Create recurring audit schedules for any audit type. C2 Keep will automatically generate audits based on the selected cadence and send reminders when it’s time to complete them.
• Integration Monitors: Our new monitoring tools will work behind the scenes to track integration status. If an issue is detected, users will be notified so it can be addressed promptly.
• 340B Mapping: For pharmacies using a PMS integration and sending 340B data to C2 Keep, pending dispense cards will automatically default to the mapped 340B location, helping ensure the appropriate inventory is selected.

We’re excited about the impact these enhancements will have on our current and future users. By helping them stay organized, identify issues sooner, and automate key compliance activities, these updates support improved accountability, stronger audit preparedness, and greater peace of mind.
