Packaging Precision for Sterile Solutions

For years, pharmacists have dealt with the challenge of managing unwieldy bulk package vials. To address this problem, Samson Medical Technologies invented the SmartPak system. This solution empowers pharmacy professionals to prepare sterile dosage forms with enhanced safety, precision, and ease.

SmartPAK has become the premier system for preparing sterile products and injectable drugs. This patented system comprises two sterile bags. The inner bag, designed from an additive-free polymer, ensures stability and shelf life for the sterile drug product.

The sealed double port at the bottom facilitates the introduction of the diluent and subsequent withdrawal of the bag contents. Once filled and labeled, the bag is then placed into an outer foil bag, shielding it from light, moisture, and oxidation, thereby maximizing stability and efficacy.

With reduced storage space requirements and waste disposal along with fewer manipulations, the product saves time and money for the hospital.
