As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Clinical Manager, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and lead a clinical team in a progressive healthcare environment to strengthen and expand pharmacy programs. You will develop drug policy to support optimal pharmaceutical care;  Assess, develop, coordinate, implement and maintain clinical pharmacy programs and services;  Develop and implement an Annual Clinical Plan with Director of Pharmacy and the Regional  Vice President of Clinical Services;  Provide leadership in the development and maintenance of drug policy which promotes optimal,  cost-effective pharmaceutical care for all patients; Contribute to development and maintenance of clinically relevant tools to support clinical  programs  and aid the Director of Pharmacy in maintaining regulatory compliance. This is a newly added position to the department and will evolve from a combination of staffing and clinical pharmacist duties to a more focused and defined Clinical Management Role.  This position will allow require a strong pharmacy clinician and will provide opportunities to make a huge impact in the development and expansion of the Pharmacy department. 

Schedule: This position will work full time and will include the rotation of nights, weekends and holidays with other rotating pharmacists. On call is not currently required.
