An FQHC-Owned Third-Party Administrator
Our involvement in the 340B program began with the need to manage the program for our own affiliated health care entity – Hudson Headwaters Health Network, which opened its first health center in 1974 and officially became a not-for profit Community Health Center in 1981. Today, the network is comprised of 21 health centers serving rural communities in upstate New York’s Adirondack Mountain region.
Dedicated pharmacy services
In 2006, we began offering 340B third party administrative services to other health care providers using our proprietary Integrity software system. Through continuous enhancements, our Integrity system enables us to manage all facets of the 340B process, tracking every pill and every penny. As a result, over the past 16 years, our services have continued to grow and we are now processing with regional and national pharmacy chains for our health center and hospital clients nationwide.
