Megan McCaskill, RPh, is an experienced pharmacy leader with deep expertise in compliance, operations, quality control, and inventory management. She is currently Vice President of Compliance and Strategy at Horizon Pharmacy, a closed-door pharmacy serving behavioral health and other LTC organizations. Her expertise lends to the development and implementation of staff training programs, operational policies, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and patient safety. For twenty years Megan has served as a pharmacist with the Rhode Island-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team, part of the federal National Disaster Medical System, where she helped establish fully operational pharmacies in austere conditions. This experience demonstrates her ability to build resilient, scalable pharmacy operations and manage complex healthcare systems in high- pressure environments.
