Leanne has been in the pharmacy industry for over 35 years.
As an Independent Pharmacy owner, she grew a successful business from the bottom up. She gained extensive experience in business development, operations, compliance, insurance self-contracting and commercial payer credentialing. She spent 21 years providing unique dispensing services such as SYNC and packaging long before they became industry standard practices. Leanne ran a robust DMEPOS and multi-commercial credentialed payer pharmacy supplying diabetic supplies, stockings, orthotics, mastectomy, ostomy products and paid clinical services.
Leanne is known for helping design innovative Pharmacy programs for enhanced pharmacy services. Leanne is a published author, speaker and a Community College instructor, teaching Pharmacy Technician Certification Preparation.
Bringing energy and passion to her role at PharmaComplete, Leanne says no idea is too crazy and nothing is off the table to help our Pharmacies be successful. With her passion for finding unique business development programs, she has made it her life’s mission to show independent pharmacies that they don’t have to make do with what is given to them.
As a life-long learner, Leanne brings many certifications earned over the years including Organizational Strategy, Executive Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Team Assessments, and Individualized Business Development coaching. With an entrepreneurial spirit and an eye for the next real opportunity to design innovative Pharmacy programs for enhanced pharmacy services. She has a methodical, pharmacy-focused collaborative approach to work with a strong drive to see things through to successful completion.
Leanne is a SUNY at Buffalo School of Pharmacy Alumni. She lives in south-east Maine with her husband Glenn, their son Joe, and Jack Russell Twinkie, German Hunt Terrier Mazikeen and 1 very old miserable cat. Leanne rides Dressage in her spare time.
