Jason Callori is a senior advisor, Marketing Operations, and host of the Cardinal Health™ Counter Talk™ Podcast. Jason has worked at Cardinal Health since 2014 and has used his passion to connect with pharmacists for the annual Cardinal Health Retail Business Conference. He started his career back in 1999 with Kinray Inc., a pharmaceutical wholesaler in the state of New York. He was hired to create the company’s first website which blossomed into a 22-year career in marketing to independent pharmacists. While working at Kinray, he learned about challenges the pharmacists, the patients, and how important independent pharmacies are to healthcare. Jean Paul Gibeault, PharmD, RPh
Jean Paul Gibeault, PharmD, is a pharmacist of 17 years with Atlantic Health System since 2021 and brings a distinguished track record of operational successes, financial stewardship, and patient-centered innovation. Jean serves as Atlantic’s Ambulatory Business Services Pharmacist providing Patient Access Lead and System Benefit functions on the operations team where he coordinates and navigates the balance of medication system cost with optimized access in the outpatient setting. He integrates market surveillance, rebate and payer relationships, system costs, and local supply chain status to better inform organizational decisions and strategies with the goal of providing patients with consistent access to essential medications.
Jean Paul launched his career as a community pharmacist in 2009 and has served across community, specialty, and pharmacy management roles prior to his time with Atlantic Health. At Atlantic, he has directly identified, initiated, implemented, and supported programs and contracts resulting in new realized multimillion-dollar fiscal revenue increases and internal savings across Atlantic Health’s pharmacies while continuing to reach more patients every year. Jean prioritizes and includes both stakeholders and patients in every organizational decision he makes and brings an independent and personal approach to his systemwide role that has helped thousands of patients access their medications at a lower cost through extensive offerings of programs and patient-access initiatives. His pharmacy vision and Atlantic’s outpatient pharmacy business model include achieving enhanced success and growth through positive partnerships and system internalization while actively supporting medication access and adherence across the system for all patients.
