New Reimbursement Opportunities Have Arrived

Every purchasing decision matters in independent pharmacy. Knowing what a product costs is important, but understanding how that product is actually being reimbursed can give you another valuable piece of the picture.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new feature from our partner UGO RX, now available directly on the MatchRX pharmacy marketplace: Coverage Check.

You’ll now see a Coverage Check icon next to products on the Marketplace, giving you access to reimbursement insights for the specific NDC you’re viewing.

With Coverage Check, you can see:

Coverage by BIN – View insurance BINs with coverage data for that specific NDC.
Average Reimbursement – See the average insurance reimbursement paid per unit for each BIN.
Prescription Activity – See how many prescriptions have been filled for that product under each BIN.
Search & Compare – Search a specific BIN or compare results to see which BINs are reimbursing the most per unit.

The goal is simple: give independent pharmacies more information before making a purchasing decision. Instead of looking at acquisition cost alone, Coverage Check adds another layer of visibility to help you better evaluate the products you’re considering for your pharmacy.
