Pestle announced the launch of the AI Compliance Assistant, a new feature within the Pestle Intelligence platform designed to help pharmacies quickly access SOPs, workflow guidance, compliance documentation, and operational knowledge directly within the Pestle application.
Through a chat interface, the AI Compliance Assistant helps pharmacy teams find answers faster by using organization-approved compliance resources already maintained within Pestle, including SOPs, standards, task descriptions, form descriptions, field descriptions, and Pestle Knowledge Base content.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools, the AI Compliance Assistant is designed specifically for regulated pharmacy environments with a strong focus on operational clarity, documentation integrity, and inspection readiness.
Every response generated by the AI Compliance Assistant includes citations to the exact source material used to generate the answer, allowing pharmacy teams to quickly verify information, reference original documentation, and maintain confidence during audits and inspections.
The AI Compliance Assistant will be provided at no additional cost to all current and future Pestle Compliance customers.

Responses are generated only from approved content sources configured within Pestle. This approach helps organizations maintain tighter control over the information used by the assistant while reducing exposure to uncontrolled or unverified sources.
Because all responses are tied to approved internal documentation and include source citations, organizations maintain clear visibility into where information originated and can confidently reference supporting materials during inspections or internal reviews.

The AI Compliance Assistant is the first release within the broader Pestle Intelligence initiative, which focuses on practical AI tools for pharmacy compliance and operations. Future capabilities will include AI-assisted reporting, intelligent document processing, and additional workflow-support features designed for regulated healthcare environments.
