Ben Heiser, PharmD, MBA is the Chief Executive Officer of Lumicera Health Services. As a seasoned healthcare leader, Heiser’s combination of health system knowledge, operational expertise, and strategic vision enables him to bring a comprehensive understanding of the clinical, operational and financial challenges healthcare organizations face in delivering high-quality patient care. Throughout his tenure at Lumicera, Heiser has leveraged his operational leadership experience to strengthen the organization’s excellence in logistics, cold chain management, procurement and vendor management, all while keeping patients and their outcomes at the center of every decision. He has also played a key role in advancing business growth by expanding product offerings, enhancing technology capabilities, developing patient engagement solutions and launching new service lines. Previously serving as General Manager, Heiser was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in recognition of his strategic leadership and impact. Heiser is a Certified Specialty Pharmacist and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
