Matt Gruskin, MBA, BOCO, BOCPD, CO, CDME, is Chief Operating Officer of the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC), where he oversees the organization’s accreditation, certification, and operational programs. He brings extensive expertise in healthcare operations, orthotics and prosthetics, accreditation, compliance, payer relations, and value-based care. Throughout his career, Gruskin has led operational improvement initiatives, developed organizational strategy, managed complex healthcare budgets, and fostered partnerships with public and private payers. Prior to joining BOC, he held leadership roles in orthotics and prosthetics organizations, served as an adjunct professor, and practiced as a board-certified clinician. He is widely recognized for his expertise in healthcare quality, process improvement, credentialing, and operational excellence.
