Raj Dhadwal, PharmD, is Head of Specialty Programs at Asepha, where he leads the design of AI-native pharmacy systems spanning benefit verification, prior authorization, claims processing, and revenue cycle. Before building software, he spent more than a decade running the operations it serves. At Clarest Health, formerly ProCare LTC Pharmacy, he served five years as Chief Compliance Officer and then as Vice President of Operations, leading a $275M business dispensing more than 100,000 prescriptions weekly. He launched pharmacies from the ground up, integrated acquired locations, and later led operations for a national specialty pharmacy and infusion network. His compliance record includes URAC accreditation, DEA oversight, 340B programs, and sterile compounding certification. He earned his PharmD from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
