Spencer Androes has worked with independent pharmacies and pharmacy technology for nearly 30 years. At RxMaster Pharmacy Systems, Androes worked closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to understand their day-to-day challenges and help design technology around how pharmacies actually operate. His career grew from technical support and software development into project leadership and eventually Director of Operations, giving him experience with nearly every aspect of pharmacy management systems and workflow. Today, Androes is the founder of Accend Data, where he continues to work with pharmacies, wholesalers, and other businesses to solve operational and data challenges through practical technology solutions.
