Sterile and Non-Sterile Cleanroom Gowning
Prudential Cleanroom Services provides Rx compounding companies compliant cleanroom gowning systems that are required for USP 797 and USP 800. PCS ensures the sterility of their garments through strict compliance to cGMPs and through validation of the sterilization process in accordance with current ANS1/AAMI/ISO11137 guidelines to a SAL of 10-6 reducing the risk of contamination by a ratio of 1,000,000:1. PCS uses qualified gamma irradiation method of sterilizing cleanroom garments and ancillary products like string and microfiber mops. PCS offers aseptic reusable hoods, goggles, coveralls, boots, facemasks, sleeve covers, and frocks for our Rx compounding customer garment needs. PCS also offers non-sterile scrubs, garments, and mats for outside the compounding cleanroom. We provide a more compliant, environmentally conscious reusable program at a fraction of the cost of disposables.
