Tim Tannert, Bob Warnock, Doug Russell join SDS Rx Strategic Advisory Council.
Mar 9, 2021, Clark NJ- SDS Rx, the leading provider of last-mile logistics to the healthcare industry, announced the formation of its new Strategic Advisory Council. Working directly with SDS Rx CEO Drew Kronick, the council will support SDS Rx in mapping out immediate and future trends in the market, enhancing and deploying customer and patient-focused products and services, and helping shape and champion the company’s growth strategy.
Tim Tannert will act as council chair. Tim is the former President and COO of SoftWriters, Inc, the industry-leading Pharmacy Information Systems provider (PIS) to the long-term care pharmacy market. Before that, Tim was COO of Absolute Pharmacy and VP of Operations/Executive Director for Omnicare.
The council also includes Bob Warnock, Chair of the Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition (SCPC). The SCPC is the leading advocacy group for independent LTC pharmacies, dedicated to ensuring the delivery of quality, cost-effective services for patients. Bob is a former board member of the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy. Additionally, Bob is the former SVP Pharmacy Services for Pruitt Health and former SVP of Pharmacy Services for Golden Living.
Finally, Doug Russell joins as an industry veteran who has built a career and companies with innovative patient-focused solutions. Doug is a former president of PharMerica. Additionally, Doug founded and sold Pharmacy Alternatives, a leading Home and Community based closed-door pharmacy with locations throughout the country. Before that, Doug was president of Rest Assured, a premier telemonitoring and telehealth organization.
