In situations where timing or other specific needs are a concern, Onsite Services may be the preferred option. In this model, a Pharma Logistics field service representative visits your location to manage the entire process, including DEA paperwork and return preparation. This hands-on service not only reduces administrative burden but also ensures full regulatory compliance
After your shipment arrives, Pharma Logistics processes the return and issues a closing statement. You can select either the Traditional Credit Program or the Rapid Credit Program, which expedites reimbursement by issuing credits within 14 days of receipt. Both service models are supported by a real-time Client Portal, which provides 24/7 access to transaction tracking.
