PDM Healthcare is offering Shipment Trackers to provide logistics support for carrier delivery services via audit and recovery, freight cost optimization, business intelligence and analytics, and contract consultation and audits.
Services available to PDM members/customers include comprehensive service audits and package-level fiscal audits, carrier invoice coding, fiscal audit and payment programs, cargo claims processing, reporting and activity dashboard services, data modeling, carrier contract analysis and rate benchmarking (consultative services), specialized projects, and contract optimization.
These audit services enable members/customers to be reimbursed for shipping/delivery errors made by their carrier. Audit savings will depend on factors such as number of packages shipped, service type selected, package destination, commercial/residential mix, and overall package handling costs. Freight Cost Optimization savings are typically significant, depending on the internal routing flexibility.
Most importantly, facilities enrolled in the PDM program have access to this service at no upfront costs, subscription fees, or hidden charges. The only fees charged will be a percentage of the actual savings secured for a facility, and PDM members will receive a discount on that fee.
