Theresa “Terri” Vidals has been a pharmacist for over 30 years with 15 years of experience in medication safety and drug diversion monitoring. While she leads with compassion for healthcare professionals suffering from substance abuse problems, Terri’s steadfast approach allows her to nail down the hard questions during investigation interviews. She founded Rxpert Solutions so that all facilities would have access to her expertise in lieu of on-site personnel, as well as to bridge the gap while on-site personnel are developing their own expertise.
