The Northwest Regional Primary Care Association (NWRPCA) is hosting their Annual Western Forum for Migrant and Community Health from April 11-13 in Portland, OR. “The Western Forum for Migrant and Community Health is an annual conference bringing together health professionals from migrant and community health centers and allied organizations for the purposes of education and training, information and resource sharing, coalition building, and program and policy development.”
The 2022 Western Forum theme is, “Adelante: Building Resilience & Strength for a Healthy & Just Recovery.” The theme recognizes the journey, the work, the innovation, and sacrifices made by frontline colleagues, communities, and partners. The event will feature Commissioner Carmen Rubio and Lalo Alcarez as the opening and closing plenary keynote speakers, respectively. The event will also feature entertainment by the Aztec Dance group, Danza Azteca.
