Roupen is an operations and logistics professional specializing in data analysis, process improvement, and courier solutioning.

Roupen began his career working for FedEx Ground where he very quickly became immersed in the world of operations and logistics and was hooked. He spent 12 years there before moving to a regional courier in Texas, where he focused on company-wide process improvements and optimization initiatives. Roupen moved into the world of pharmacy as the Sr. Director of Operations & Logistics in a high-volume pharmacy in North Carolina. He has extensive experience with optimizing workflows, developing meaningful and impactful metrics, and eliminating waste from processes.

Roupen completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Arlington and earned his MBA from the University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business. He lives in Central North Carolina where he can be found exploring breweries with his partner, Margot, and their dogs Evie and Poncho.
