BIRMINGHAM, AL — August 22, 2024 — ProxsysRx has opened its newest retail pharmacy for Yuma Regional Medical Center (YRMC), a 430-bed, not-for-profit hospital with 3,600 employees and 500 medical providers on staff. ProxsysRx built and owns the Yuma Regional Medical Center Foothills Pharmacy — an off-campus pharmacy located in the health system’s Foothills Medical Plaza.
The new facility is ProxsysRx’s 17th owned-and-managed health system pharmacy — and the second one operating separate from a hospital’s primary campus. ProxsysRx owns and manages pharmacies in 12 additional states.
