PDM Healthcare, a leading, national Healthcare Service Organization (HSO) offering supply chain management and GPO services had reached an agreement to acquire the assets of The Compounder’s Group (TCG), and its group purchasing services and the related customers and contracts.
TCG is a niche group purchasing organization focused on compounding pharmacies. Founded by pharmacists Richard Moon, Matthew Buderer, Donnie Calhoun, Patricia Stephens, Dana Reed-Kane, and David Rochefort in 2011, TCG has grown to over 200 pharmacy member facilities. TCG takes great pride in providing quality compounding solutions and educational services to its membership.
By joining PDM Healthcare, TCG members have gained access to an expanded manufacturer contract portfolio encompassing compounding supplies and equipment, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, home healthcare, business, and clinical technologies, and more. TCG members have also gained access to PDM Healthcare’s diverse supply chain management and business analytic solutions, allowing for operational efficiency and business growth opportunities.

Going forward, TCG services will be fully managed by PDM Healthcare, with support from the TCG board during the member and vendor contract transition phase.
