Jason Callori is a senior advisor, Marketing Operations, and host of the Cardinal Health™ Counter Talk™ Podcast. Jason has worked at Cardinal Health since 2014 and has used his passion to connect with pharmacists for the annual Cardinal Health Retail Business Conference. He started his career back in 1999 with Kinray Inc., a pharmaceutical wholesaler in the state of New York. He was hired to create the company’s first website which blossomed into a 22-year career in marketing to independent pharmacists. While working at Kinray, he learned about challenges the pharmacists, the patients, and how important independent pharmacies are to healthcare. Jason’s passion for the independent pharmacy filters into everything he does.

Jeff Harrell, PharmD is a visionary leader in independent pharmacy, serving as CEO of Cascadia Pharmacy Group (CPG) and President of the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) for 2024-2025. With deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, Jeff has grown CPG into a network of over 40 pharmacies across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, pioneering a scalable model that strengthens independent pharmacies through shared resources, operational efficiencies, and innovative patient care services.
A graduate of Washington State University, Jeff began his career as a pharmacist before transitioning into ownership and leadership, recognizing early on the need for independent pharmacies to adapt, collaborate, and evolve. He is a passionate advocate for PBM reform, fair compensation for pharmacists, and expanding pharmacy practice to meet community healthcare needs.
