Jason Callori is a senior advisor, Marketing Operations, and host of the Cardinal Health™ Counter Talk™ Podcast. Jason has worked at Cardinal Health since 2014 and has used his passion to connect with pharmacists for the annual Cardinal Health Retail Business Conference. He started his career back in 1999 with Kinray Inc., a pharmaceutical wholesaler in the state of New York. He was hired to create the company’s first website which blossomed into a 22-year career in marketing to independent pharmacists. While working at Kinray, he learned about challenges the pharmacists, the patients, and how important independent pharmacies are to healthcare. Jason’s passion for the independent pharmacy filters into everything he does.

Tonya Shackleford, R.Ph

Tonya Shackelford, R.Ph., is a senior manager of Cardinal Health’s clinical solutions for their pharmacy customers. These solutions include services such as point of care testing, immunizations, and medical benefit billing. Tonya graduated from the University of Mississippi school of pharmacy and has worked in retail pharmacy for over 30 years. This experience includes independent pharmacy as well as various leadership roles in both small and large chain settings. Her experience in pharmacy operations and passion for expanding the clinical role of pharmacist make her an exceptional resource for pharmacies wanting to add clinical service programs and revenue streams.


Wimberly Gayle, R.Ph.

With 33 years in retail pharmacy, Wimberly Gayle owns and operates independent pharmacies across Louisiana and Mississippi. Her pharmacies serve a wide range of patients—from outpatients to residents in long-term care, correctional, assisted living, and rehab facilities. A certified geriatric pharmacist, Wimberly also provides consulting for long-term care operations. Her work reflects a commitment to community-focused care and specialized pharmacy services.
