Exemplary Provider® Accreditation

The Compliance Team, Inc. (TCT) is the USA’s only woman-owned and nurse-led national healthcare accreditation organization (AO). The firm, headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was formed in 1994 by Sandra C. Canally, RN, with the stated mission to “simplify the accreditation process and establish Safety-Honesty-Caring® as core patient relationship goals.” The first of The Compliance Team’s series of operations-based Exemplary Provider award accreditation programs was launched in 1998. Today, the firm offers industry-leading accreditation for the following pharmacy and healthcare delivery entities: community pharmacy, including Medicare-approved DMEPOS accreditation, Patient-Centered Pharmacy Home™ (advanced Rx practices accreditation), sterile compounding, non-sterile compounding, long-term care, specialty drugs, infusion, travel/ retail clinic, and telePharmacy; Medicare-approved accreditation for all DMEPOS providers; Patient-Centered Respiratory Home™ (advanced respiratory care accreditation); Medicare-approved Rural Health Clinic accreditation; Medicare-approved Patient-Centered Medical Home accreditation; Immediate Care Clinic; Sleep Care Management; Ocularist/Anaplastologist; and Private Duty accreditation. In 2020, The Compliance Team is introducing Integrated Care Network accreditation.
