Prime Liberty Pharmacy, Inc., of Van Nuys, California, was recently awarded Exemplary Provider® accredited status by The Compliance Team, Inc., the nationally recognized independent healthcare accreditation organization based in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prime Liberty Pharmacy was accredited for Community Pharmacy, Long-Term Care and DMEPOS Part B (Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies.)
