After growing dissatisfied with another software vendor, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy switched to CORE to manage their experiential learning process.
“The main reason we switched to CORE was for ease of use. We were previously using another product to manage experiential learning but we weren’t satisfied,” said Dr. Seth Heldenbrand, Associate Dean of Experiential Education.
The team at UAMS experienced first-hand how the CORE client success team goes above and beyond to support experiential needs and be more than just another software vendor.
“During our transition to CORE, the client support team made it very easy. They really helped me learn what I needed to do to be familiar with the system and launch the product live for our students. We have had nothing but great experiences with CORE.”
