GRx Gives Back
GRx Supports the Harry Chapin Food Bank
The Harry Chapin Food Bank began on Long Island in 1980, which has evolved into one of the region’s most comprehensive hunger assistance organizations serving thousands of individuals and families in need. They do a wonderful job in distributing food and supplies to over 590 facilities throughout Suffolk and Nassau county.
GRx supports the Harry Chapin Food Bank in its efforts by giving back to the community by donating three pallets of miscellaneous toiletry items totaling 1,230 pounds. The donation included necessities to help families in need which included shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, mouthwash, sunscreen, band-aids, and compression socks just to name a few. It is important to remember to support one another, we are not just a company, we’re a community, too.
