Cold Weather is Around the Corner – Time to Start Planning for Biannual PPQ Testing
It’s been a year since URAC 4.0 was announced – and months since COVID-19 sent so many of us home. That is except for essential businesses like specialty and mail order pharmacies, some of whom have reported a dramatic increase in direct-to-patient orders. Even though they may be busier than ever, winter is upon us, and now is the time for those working toward or looking to renew URAC accreditation to begin planning for their biannual package performance qualification (PPQ) testing.
Earlier this year we published a VUEPoint: Summer is Coming – Now is the Time to Start Planning for Biannual PQ Testing to help you:
• Get a better understanding of the new standards
• Weigh the pros and cons of internal versus third-party PQ testing
• Decide which approach is right for you
All of this still applies to Winter PPQ testing! So, if you haven’t started, planning, read this post to learn why it’s important and how to get started.
If you have any questions about PPQ testing, or I can be of help in any way, please give me a call or drop me an email.
