The pharmacy’s payer mix is 42% Medicare, 33% insurance, and 25% cash. Gross Revenues were nearly $8.6 million in 2020 with a 23.5% adjusted EBITDA margin. In 2021, they expect to exceed $9 million in gross revenues. EBITDA has always been above average and has increased significantly since 2018 due to the owner’s focus on selling products with higher margins and cash-paying, concierge patients.
