The Compliance Team and Lilypad Announce June RHC SUMMIT

Leading rural health companies join forces to support performance improvement

February 2022, Spring House, Pennsylvania — The Compliance Team (TCT), a CMS approved accreditation organization, and Lilypad, a national rural healthcare analytics firm, announced that they will be hosting a virtual RHC Summit June 21st and 22nd. The event will include two-hour sessions each day with presentations from notable rural health experts, as well as specific RHC case studies.

"The chaos and disruption to RHCs from COVID is unprecedented," explained Gregory Wolf, President at Lilypad. "Yet it's brought new clarity to the value of RHCs and revealed many stories of creativity, ingenuity and perseverance among clinic leaders across the country — and we want to host a platform to share this information."

The inaugural RHC Summit will be held June 21st and 22nd from noon to 2pm EST. The agenda will focus on performance improvement case studies, actionable ideas to improve financial/quality performance, strategies for success under new Value-Based Purchasing models, updates on policy/regulatory issues, examples of successful RHC-specific PDSA improvement initiatives, options to leverage PCMH accreditation for alternative payment model, checklists of the most important priorities for all RHC, and state, regional and national benchmarks for financial and quality metrics.

"As you will see, we have a lot to cover over the two days," shared TCT VP, Clinic Division Kate Hill. "To start, we understand that everyone's time is stretched, so doing this virtually and over two days at two hours each day is intentional. Everyone planning to attend should come ready to dive in and leave with a wealth of knowledge."

The event will kickoff with keynote speaker Jonathan Pantenburg from Stroudwater Associates and include sessions with national experts including Nathan Baugh, (NARHC), John Gale (Muskie School of Public Health), Tammy Norville, (NOSORH), Pat Schou (ICAHN) and Jill Oesterle, Michigan Center for Rural Health as well as a set of RHC practice managers.

"This promises to be the most beneficial and informative four hours of your year," stated Wolf. "We are gathering the very best leaders across the industry and focusing on the areas that are truly most important to the rural health community."
