Simply pour and disperse your RDT mixture into the entire mold and the forming begins! Don't worry about filling each cavity one at a time, and there is no need to dive into the pharmacy toolbox to find a mallet! TICKERWORKS heat resistant molds employ our proprietary pour and disperse methodology which simplifies compounding and drastically improves productivity. Training is minimal, and the making of RDTs has never been this exciting!
The Tamper tool slides over the mold segments, compressing several rows of tablets simultaneously. The final compounded RDT tablets are made in a fraction of the traditional time and content uniformity is optimal.

RDT Tamper Tool
The RDT Tamper tool is made of Delrin, an inert material compatible with most compounded APIs. The tool is non-porous, dishwasher-safe, easy-to-clean, and carries the precise weight to compress the RDTs, thus yielding consistent results.

The RDT Tablets practically fall off the semi-rigid food-grade silicone mold. The making of RDTs has never been so promising and so exciting!
