In Part 4, we interview Dr. Steve Cutts, who was at the time of the recording, the VP of Pharmacy Services and Clinical Strategy, but has since then been promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager of Magellan Rx Specialty. In this episode, he explains one of the most important pieces of advice he's ever received, always make yourself unnecessary. I know, sounds counter-intuitive, but he does a great job at explaining why this is such an important mindset to have. We also talk his day to day and wearing the many hats his role requires.
